Dreams have been considered an important source of wisdom and knowledge by all the great civilizations and spiritual traditions

Often people ask, what’s in a dream?

Natural and necessary expressions of the life force, dreams provide access into the unconscious areas of life. They give specific and appropriately timed messages which can assist the dreamer with problem-solving, artistic inspiration, psychological development, and spiritual deepening. Dreams can help also with healing.

This type of work is optional, and can accompany the psychotherapy process, offering additional venues to explore and deepen the dreamer experience.

Dream work can offer a panoramic view of the dreamer’s internal world. With my guidance, it can be possible for the dreamer to write an alternative narrative. This can be fascinating and creative. Our work together may include decoding images, characters, and plots, and finding meaning so the information available becomes guidance to you. We all have the capacity to imagine, and imagination is an important source of insight beyond the concrete. Like everything else, if we do not attend to it, it gets rusty and atrophied.
